Niall Jack
"Data is a little word with a lot of meaning."
While Niall will be available to demonstrate Shipnet One, his main goal isn’t just showcasing our platform - it’s helping businesses unlock the value of their data.
"I want to talk to people who are frustrated that their ERP software isn’t giving them the value they hoped for. Maybe they find it hard to get data out, or they don’t quite know what to do with it when they have it. These are real questions I hear often."
The key focus will be on businesses that have an ERP system but feel stuck. They’ve had it for five years, but they’re not seeing improvements or returns on their investment. The message is clear: Shipnet can help.
"My battle cry will be Helix, but beyond that, it’s about digitisation and data insights that drive business performance."

Andrew is focused on helping shipping companies get more out of their PMS and Fleet management systems.
"There are multiple fleet management solutions out there. What we do at Shipnet is look at the organisation as a whole—chartering, ops, and other departments—to determine how data can improve efficiencies."
For Andrew, it’s not just about selling solutions - it’s about continuing Shipnet’s brand awareness journey and telling the industry why Shipnet exists.
"I want to tell more of the Shipnet story - why we do what we do. We’re not here to showboat solutions that don’t answer real problems."
